Throughout her career, Rosie has successfully led multi-million-pound projects, consistently achieving ambitious income targets and securing significant funding to support charitable objectives. She combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-focused approach, enabling her to turn opportunities into tangible outcomes.
As Director of Income Generation, Rosie is responsible for leading and shaping the organisation’s income strategy, overseeing diverse fundraising streams, and ensuring strong performance against targets. She plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and embedding innovative approaches to income generation across the organisation.
Passionate about making a difference, Rosie is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, partners, and supporters, ensuring the organisation can continue to deliver vital services and achieve its mission.
Outside of work, Rosie spends her time exploring the outdoors with her young family and two black Labradors. She also enjoys CrossFit – where she proudly describes herself as being ‘consistently average’.
