Josh joined the Board of Trustees in December 2025, bringing with him extensive experience across the retail and insurance sectors.
With over 17 years’ experience in retail, sales and operations spanning fashion, DIY, supermarket and automotive industries, Josh currently supports a broad range of departments in his professional role, including field sales, business development, commercial operations, e-commerce, telesales, product, sales support and marketing.
Outside of work, Josh has a passion for music, travel and the great outdoors. He can often be found at gigs, concerts and festivals with family and friends, tending to his garden, or enjoying weekends away in his caravan.
Josh says: “I’ve previously been fortunate to be involved in organising and taking part in local events that support Barnsley Hospice, so to now serve as a Trustee feels incredibly special. Like many people in Barnsley, I’ve always known how important the Hospice is and the work it does – but seeing first-hand the care, compassion and dedication of the team and volunteers has been truly inspiring. I’m proud to play a small part in supporting such an important pillar of our community.”
