Barnsley Hospice is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate volunteers to join our team and support the vital work we do across our services.
Our volunteers play an essential role in helping us provide specialist care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. By giving your time, skills and enthusiasm, you will help us continue delivering care that truly matters.
About the Role
As a volunteer, you may support the hospice in a variety of ways depending on the role. This could include:
- Deliver promotional leaflets to households in the Barnsley area as specified by the Retail Hub Manager
- Maintain an accurate list of leaflet distribution areas
- Promote and positively represent Barnsley Hospice when speaking with members of the public or local organisations.
