Treecycle Service Booking Form

Ready to recycle your real Christmas tree and support Barnsley Hospice at the same time?

Complete the form below to register your tree, provide your collection details and make your donation. Once your booking is complete, we’ll send you confirmation and get everything ready for collection day.

Thank you for helping us continue providing specialist palliative and end of life care for local people, as well as support for their families and loved ones.

Our Fundraising team will only use this if they need to get in touch with you about your collection.

Disclaimer: We will securely share your address details with the 3rd party corporate partners assisting us with our collections. By booking a collection, you are agreeing to us sharing your address for the sole purpose of carrying out these collections.
Postcode Confirmation(Required)
By ticking this box you confirm that your address is within the area we can collect from: S35, S36 S63, S70, S71, S72, S73, S74, S75.
Please note, we suggest a minimum donation of £15 per tree. We will not collect trees over 8ft. If your tree is bigger than this, please cut your tree down before collection.
Please share any useful information that will help the drivers locate your address, or find where your tree is located. E.g. First right after the petrol station, tree will be left on drive to right of house etc

Your donation

Every donation made helps us to continue the outstanding care and support we provide for local people.
We suggest a minimum donation of £15 donation per tree.
Gift Aid
By ticking this box, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay the difference.
