The half marathon course spans the amazing Keighley landscape, so you can enjoy some incredible views whilst making a difference. At just over the ‘official’ half marathon distance, the route is 14.7 miles long with 1750 feet of ascent.

The 2024 Yorkshireman Off Road Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 8 September.

How can I get involved?

If you’d like to take on the Yorkshireman Off Road Half Marathon in support of Barnsley Hospice, please fill in the form below with your details. This form will also allow you to pay your £5 registration fee.

This challenge can also be completed by corporate groups. If your workplace and colleagues would like to take on the Yorkshireman Off Road Half Marathon in 2024, get in touch with the fundraising team and we can help secure your team’s spots.

As this event is organised by a third party, we can’t monitor how many spaces are left on each course and in previous years spaces have been filled as early as March. Because of this, we’d recommend signing up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What time does the race start?

The half marathon will commence at 10:30 am.

Can I use poles along the course?

The organisers do allow people to use poles, however, they ask that participants be cautious when moving through stiles and gates and be wary of runners around them to avoid injuries.
