Fundraise at home

Friday 15 May at 13.53PM
- 30 Jun
Could you do a sponsored challenge for Barnsley Hospice?

Collect sponsorship for the hospice by completing a socially-distanced walk, run or cycle, or dream up your own fundraising challenge.

It could be keepy uppies in your garden or bounces on your trampoline. Or if you’d prefer to do something creative, a sponsored knit-a-thon, painting challenge or virtual quiz!

Here are some more fundraising ideas you can do at home…

Don’t forget to tag us into your posts on social media!

Download our rainbow colouring sheet and place it in your window

Run your own virtual quiz with friends and family or join a virtual pub quiz

Organise an online dance class to get people dancing in their living room

Stream a virtual yoga or Pilates class to keep moving during lockdown

Host a webinar from your home office to help engage with your online business community

Nominate 5 friends for a 5k run or set a monthly exercise challenge using platforms such as Race At Your Pace and choose to walk, run or cycle 2, 5 or 10 miles

Complete laps of your garden, in true Captain Tom Moore spirit!

Climb up and down your stairs until you’ve reached the equivalent height of Mam Tor!

Take part in an isolation challenge (one for the guys) - whether you choose to grow a lockdown beard or moustache or shave off your hair!

Become Prue and Paul in your own family bake off challenge

Hold a sponsored silence (a good one for the kids!)
