Room hire charges
Please view the rooms available for independant prices. We offer a 20% discount on room hire charges to charities/volunteer organisations.
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required with the booking form, refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. Remaining balance invoiced following the event.
Cancellation charges
Less than 7 days notice - 25%
Less than 48 hours notice - 50%
Less than 24 hours notice - 100%
(charges apply to whole booking fee including catering)
Catering
The Apex Rooms offer excellent catering facilities with an extensive range of menus.
All food is freshly prepared on site by our caterers.
Menus can also be tailored to suit individual dietary requirements.
All our menus include a vegetarian option.
Items are subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute where necessary.
Catering and refreshment prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
