Barnsley Hospice - Comfort, Care & Dignity

Sue Miller, by her own admission has no formal qualifications and got into fundraising quite by accident when the school her youngest son attended was desperately short of funds. After setting up a parents group and organising a number of events she realised that this was what she wanted to do when she grew up!  With over 15 years experience she worked initially for a national charity and has been at the Hospice for the past eight years.  She is married with three children and two grandchildren – all boys!!! At the age of 50 she overcame her long term fear of flying and now loves to travel at every opportunity.
